Paper was invented in ancient China, around the time of the Early Han Dynasty (206 BC to AD 25). But the Japanese modified this creation and developed their own paper -- called washi -- around the 8th century. This handmade paper uses unique materials and a different manufacturing technique, resulting in a sturdy paper that can also be used as cloth. Our collection of beautiful washi wallets are adorned with Japanese geisha. Two compartments for bills; full flap. Seven designs available. 7.25" width x 7.5" length. Imported from Japan. Usually leaves our warehouse in 1-2 business days. Click to See More Asian Wallets |
